Flights
All attendees are responsible for booking and purchasing their own round-trip, coach class ticket to Las Vegas through Navan, in line with Edmentum’s Travel Policy. If you choose to extend your stay, any additional hotel nights, meals, and related expenses are your responsibility to book and cover.
Please plan to arrive in Las Vegas the afternoon of Tuesday, December 9, in time for the Welcome Reception at 6:00 pm. The resort is about a 15–20 minute ride from the airport. For your return, travel may be booked anytime on Friday, December 12, as there is no Friday programming.
If flight schedules create an excessive travel day or if flight costs make arriving early or staying later more cost-effective, you may request manager approval to extend your stay. Approved requests should be sent to your team’s executive assistant. If you are requesting an early arrival or late departure to be covered by Edmentum, please email events@edmentum.com.
For U.S.-Based Edmentors:
- All flights must be booked in Navan through the link that was provided.
- Select a round-trip flight for $600 or less.
- Payment will default to the U.S. Travel Card.
- If flights under $600 are unavailable or if travel requires additional time, consult your manager and CC your ELT member’s Executive Assistant before booking to request an exemption.

For International Edmentors:

Ground Transportation
On Arrival in Las Vegas to the Conrad
International Travelers
For those arriving on international flights, please pair up and take a rideshare to the hotel. You can include the cost of the ride when you submit your expenses after the event.
Travelers arriving in TERMINAL 1 (American, Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, Spirit) – Tuesday, December 9
Terminal 1 will have continuous shuttle service on Tuesday, December 9 from the LAS airport to the hotel. Shuttles will depart every 20-30 minutes between 9:30am and 3:30pm, with the last shuttle leaving the airport at 3:30pm. To pick up your shuttle once you have your luggage, look for our greeter holding an Edmentum sign in the middle of the baggage claim area. He or she will lead you to the bus for the short ride to the hotel. If you don’t see our greeter, proceed to the Zero Level-Bus Staging Area.
Travelers arriving in TERMINAL 3 (Alaska, Frontier, JetBlue, United, Sun Country, Breeze) – Tuesday, December 9
Due to a small number of travelers into Terminal 3, there will not be shuttle service to the hotel. Instead, please pair up with a fellow Edmentor if possible and take an Uber from the airport to the hotel. Prior to the meeting, we’ll email you an Uber voucher that you can apply to your account so that the ride will be billed directly to Edmentum. The code should only be used for UberX (no UberXL or Uber Black). If you have problems with the code or take a taxi or Lyft, that can be reimbursed along with the rest of your SSKO travel expenses.
Departing from the Conrad to the Las Vegas airport—Friday, December 12
Travelers departing TERMINAL 1 (American, Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, Spirit)
The shuttle will run continuously between 5:00am and 1:00pm, departing the Conrad every 20-30 minutes. This shuttle will only go to Terminal 1 (serving American, Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and Spirit). Departures will be from the Rideshare lot at Resorts World–we’ll have signs and staff directing you to the departure area.
Travelers departing TERMINAL 3 (Alaska, Frontier, JetBlue, United, Sun Country, Breeze)
Due to the small number of travelers flying Alaska, Frontier, JetBlue, and United, we will not run a shuttle to Terminal 3. Please use the Uber voucher you were issued to take a ride back to the airport. Again, you are encouraged to pair up with someone and only use UberX (no UberXL or Uber Black). A taxi or Lyft can also be used and reimbursed after the event.
International Travelers with flights to London departing between 20:45 – 20:55
The shuttle will depart from the Rideshare lot at 5:30pm. If you are taking a flight back to the UK that departs before 8:00pm, please take an Uber or Lyft to the airport.
